Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2026
FracCalc is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, what we don't collect, and your rights.
Data We Do Not Collect
FracCalc does not collect, store, or transmit any fraction values, numbers, or inputs you enter into our calculators. All fraction arithmetic and conversion calculations run entirely in your browser using JavaScript and React. No inputs or results are ever sent to our servers. We maintain no database of user inputs.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate site usage — which calculators are used most, how long sessions last, and general geographic distribution. GA4 collects anonymized data only. No personally identifiable information is passed to GA4, and IP addresses are anonymized. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Google AdSense & Cookies
We display ads via Google AdSense. Google uses cookies to serve ads relevant to your interests based on your browsing history. These cookies are set by Google, not by FracCalc. You can manage ad personalization at Google Ad Settings. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings.
Cookies Used
FracCalc does not set any first-party cookies. Third-party cookies are set by Google Analytics 4 (analytics) and Google AdSense (advertising). No login, session, or preference cookies are set by FracCalc.
Third-Party Services
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google AdSense — display advertising. See Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share data with any other third parties.
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
FracCalc is frequently used by students, including children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from any user, including children. No account creation is required. If you believe a child has submitted personal information via our contact form, email [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
Data Retention
FracCalc retains no personal data. Google Analytics data is retained per Google's standard policy (14 months by default). You may request deletion via your Google account settings.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
